Terms and Conditions
To ensure smooth communication between the client and the photographer, we have established the following terms and conditions. While not all points may apply to every client, we kindly ask that you read them thoroughly to prevent potential misunderstandings.
【 Inquiries and Reservations 】
- Please use the template provided within the plan to send your inquiries.
- If there is no response for more than two days during correspondence, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation of the reservation. Please note that inquiries alone do not secure a booking. Priority will be given to clients with confirmed reservations (reservations are confirmed upon submission of the customer form).
- If you are unable to meet the reserved date, rescheduling is possible. Updated availability will be provided at that time.
- Last-minute bookings cannot be accommodated. Please make reservations at least two days in advance.
【 Communication and Photography 】
- Online meetings can be arranged upon request. Please let us know if you are interested.
- We strive to maintain clear and efficient communication to ensure a smooth session. Your prompt replies will be greatly appreciated.
- Photography sessions are available starting from a minimum of one hour.
- For studio-style shoots, the limited range of poses may result in an earlier completion time than scheduled. - For sessions with extensive requests, a one-hour slot may not be feasible.
- Delivery in RAW format is not available. Thank you for your understanding.
- On-the-spot extensions or additional time may be arranged if necessary.
【 Photography Locations 】
- **At Shrines or Facilities** If you wish to shoot at specific shrines or facilities, please obtain the necessary photography permissions in advance. Any usage or photography fees incurred will be at the client’s expense.
- **At Paid Venues** Photography at paid venues is possible. However, entrance fees or other charges for the photographer will be borne by the client.
- **For Weddings** Some venues may restrict the use of outside photographers. Please confirm with the venue beforehand whether external photographers are permitted.
- **Travel Services** We offer services nationwide in Japan. Please feel free to inquire about an estimate if needed.
- **Early Morning or Overnight Stays** For early morning shoots requiring an overnight stay, an additional fee of ¥5,000 will apply.
【 Photo Retouching 】
- Retouching is limited to color adjustments only. Skin corrections are not included. Only Photography, not Art.
- If you wish to request skin corrections or other edits, please refer to the "Retouching & Editing" section.
- Note that some requests may not be accommodated depending on the specifics. Thank you for your understanding.
【 Delivery 】
- Photos will be delivered within 3 days after the shoot.
- If you wish to add optional product creation services, please notify us in advance. For more details, click [here].
- Unlike studio photography, the delivered data will include all usable shots (excluding those with closed eyes, out-of-focus, or blurred images). Feel free to save your favorite photos.
【 Payment 】
Please pay on the day of the shoot via cash or PayPal. Bank transfers are also accepted.
【 Cancellation Policy 】
- **On the Day:** 100% of the fee will be charged.
- **1 Business Day Before:** 50% of the fee will be charged.
- **2 Business Days Before:** 30% of the fee will be charged.
- In cases of natural disasters such as earthquakes or typhoons, the shoot may be rescheduled.
- If the photographer is unable to proceed due to injury, accident, or illness, we may request a reschedule or cancellation. We kindly ask for your understanding in such circumstances.
